Student Services

The Student Support Specialists are your “touch points” as our students; showing an interest in your satisfactory progress, your well-being, and your success. With you, they will review your attendance and grades, and they will work to establish action plans regarding additional help that you might need.

They provide you with information on lesson and kit shipments and relevant changes to your student record. They can help with virtually any administrative questions and concerns you may have as well.

Student Support Specialists respond to your needs and send you to the right administrator and/or faculty depending on the issue. They will also act as an interface or liaison, if you so desire, with any personnel from the school. Their entire focus will be to make your experience enjoyable and provide all of the necessary tools to enable you to graduate.

We strongly believe and it is our firm commitment to provide the highest levels of support to our students and graduates throughout their experiences with us.

Student Services ensures students receive the necessary educational support materials and systems, including: student registration; easy access to the online course-ware and faculty; student satisfactory progress and academic support; ongoing encouragement and focus; and cohesive match between the school and the needs of the student.

Q: How many assignments are due each week?

  • Each week, you will complete three graded assignments in every class, worth 100 points each. One assignment is the Case Study, where you write an essay responding to specific questions. Another part of your grade is participating in the Discussion Forum. The first part of this assignment asks you to write a detailed response to the weekly topic. The second part of the assignment involves interacting with other students and carrying on a meaningful conversation about the weekly topic. It’s an opportunity to share what you’ve learned, expand your knowledge and interact with your peers. The third part of your weekly grade is a quiz on the weekly material; it is open-note and is not timed.
