Graduation Requirements and Certification
This is one of the most exciting moments of you life. You are on the way to accomplishing your educational goals. You have overcome so much to get to this point and for that, we commend you.
There are a few short, simple steps ahead to complete your education with PTI. Completing these crucial steps in a timely manner will depend strongly on your participation, so we recommend keeping in constant contact with your assigned advisers.
Steps to Graduation and Certification
- First, your academic record will be reviewed and your status as a graduate will be confirmed. This will occur within two weeks of the last day of your final term.
- You will then be contacted by the Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts, Career Services, and Academics.
- The Registrar’s Office will be contacting you regarding your diploma and the next graduation ceremony.
- Student Accounts will be contacting you to reconcile any final balances, if they exist, and conduct an exit interview.
- You will continue to work with your instructor from Professional Development in Career Services. You will create an action plan, complete an employment assistance form, and have an interview.
- After the above steps are completed, your diploma and official transcript will be mailed to you. Also, Academics will contact you regarding the CPC exam. If you have not taken the CMAA and /or CBCS exams yet, please contact Annie Wingrove at awingrove@ptitraining.edu to help you register for them.
If you have any questions regarding the above information, please feel free to contact our Registrar’s Office by phone at (877) 841-5060 OPT: 6 or by emailing aboli@ptitraining.edu. Alternatively, you may contact your assigned Student Support Specialist.
